We had gratuity fund for the employees till October 2015 which was replaced by provident fund. We forgot to insert opening balances of that gratuity fund as at January 01, 2016 in the GP. We started Dynamics GP from January 1st 2016. Please suggest the best way to handle this so that payroll module and GL could be reconciled later.
