Any possible to get standard depency fields in MSD. In Case, customer field has account value then need to gave appropriate contact in contact field. How can i get contact field as dependent for customer field.

May I know what is MSD?
API is not the best way to do this. I recommend yo to use Fetch xml to retrieve all the contacts based on the account id, and then set the contacts as view to contact lookup field.

Do you mean you want to filter contact look up records based on customer field?
For example, if we choose account A as customer in case, then we could only choose contact A, and if we choose account B, then we could only choose contact B?
If so, you could go to form editor and open contact field properties, select "Only show related records here".
