Dynamics 365 apps in Microsoft Teams not working

Hi,

We have been using Dynamics 365 app connected to Microsoft Teams in desktop app but are now facing issue - the Dynamics 365 app screen shows loading but it will just went to all blank after a while for the My Dashboard tab. we can still see and change the settings, help and about tabs and its content.

Cannot access the environment of dynamics 365 apps via Teams desktop app but is working fine in Microsoft Teams browser.

Does anyone have the same experience? what are the workarounds?

I tested this on my side and get the same result with yours.

This has been resolved. I have raised a support ticket, It is an internal issue with Dynamics 365.
