Remove SKU from In-Transit

Hi all,

How to remove SKU from In-Transit?

Let say "Transfer From Store" do full receiving for item ABC123 with quantity = 5. Then, "Transfer To Store" receive only 3. But, both stores already commit and close the Transfer #. So, how to remove these 2 quantities from In-Transit?
