Greetings everyone.
Lately I've encountered weird behavior of Dynamics AX 2009. After my team pushes modification on form test to production environment user setting on grids seems to disappear and cannot be recovered. For example user displays additional invent dimension on SalesTable tab. After .XPO import he's unable to see selected additional invent dim, and he's unable to select it again via Add field in Setup menu on form.
Another example is on ledger table form. We've added additional tab to LedgerTable, and few ComboBoxes. After modification few users reported that default button group "went" from right side to our added tab.
We found that only solution to get settings back and restore proper functionality of forms is to delete Usage data of form in question (in example SalesTable) for user that has issue.
Has anybody encountered similar problem?
Is there maybe some kind of fix for it?

We push modifications via .XPO.
AX 2009 versions:
Kernel Version: 5.0.1500.6491 (Rollup Update 8 )
Application version: 5.0.1500.3761 (Rollup Update 6)
