Hi Experts,

I am wondering if anyone implemented a custom button to update current user into worked by field in queue item entity in Unified interface, used to work fine in classic interface but custom button which worked in classic not working unified.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Can you please provide screenshot of ribbon command/javascript function behind the button's command? It's a bit hard to repair the car without looking inside of it.

Sorry, please take a look at the command properties. Jscript is system library not a custom one.

I checked the function you used in your action and everything looks correct from referencing standpoint. I have few options for you to choose from:

1. Debug the code of standard call and check why it doesn't work in UCI.

2. Write own code that will do what standard code does.
