New staff accidentally attached 60 customers to an incorrect parent account.

Posted on by 495

Is there a way to fix this?  These customers should not have any parent account.

Thanks!!

I assume you are talking about National Accounts.   Go to National Accounts Maintenance (Cards>Sales>National Accounts) and  delete the window if the 60 are the only children.  If they are not, then you need to highlight each of the incorrect children and then go Edit>Delete Row.
