This is a wild one so hold onto your socks.
When our users receive e-mail alerts from Business Portal, that e-mail alert message sent from Business Portal is the last one they will receive on their Windows Mobile phone until they delete it. In essence, receiving a BP Alert e-mail stops Exchange syncronization on Windows Mobile phones. It happens with every single BP alert, and works this way regardless of the existence and state of other cached exchange profiles on other PCs.
