Warehouse mangement app / wrong item when entering a serial number

Hi,

We have a strange behaviour in our Warehouse management app. When creating a movement and entering a serial number as a first step, the system will retrieve the wrong item.

See below that the item should be 3913 and not 3393. Do you now where this could come from and how to solve it? I checked inventDim and inventSum tables and I cannot find ome discrepancies.
