This is a good starting point:

In the Customize Content section, you have a couple of subsection that deal with liquid, such as Understand Liquid Operators and Create Advanced Templates.

This would be a good starting point for learning how to use liquid and customize portals.

Not entirely sure what you mean by code snippet for Visual Studio.

Are you looking for a Visual Studio add-in, so that you can develop liquid code in VS?

Not sure one exists, good idea though.

If you are looking for customizing portal using Liquid (client Side customization)please use the below link for the reference.

community.adxstudio.com/.../liquid-templates

If you are looking for the online portal customization using C# code then you cant. Because server side coding is not supporting currently for online hosted portal.

Note: Microsoft still give Portal soultion code on request basis. Once code is downloaded you can do server side customization(C#, J# etc) and host it on your local servers

Are you looking for anything specific. You can go through the documentation available on Adx Studio community to start with liquid templates.

If you want to portals source code, it is available here:

www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

Note that this is a one time (for now download), and per Microsoft will not be updated or supported.

This is in case you want to make changes to the portals or deploy it for your on-premise CRM environment.

The portals can be installed on your local IIS or Azure, and used by CRM On Premise or CRM Online.

Read the guide before installing it, as it contains some fine print about upgrading.

What i'm looking for is any one done a Code snippets file, a file that i will give it to visual studio and it will help while i'm writing the code by doing auto complete
