hi all,
customer aging report parameters are missing in AX 2012 R3..any idea?
this is vendor aging report..like this in customer aging parameters are not showing
Hi Satish,
When I open the customer aging report I get a form that looks similar to your second screenprint.
Is it possible that your colleagues modified the standard customer aging report?
Do your colleagues who open the customer aging report see the same selection critiera?
If this is the case then the report has probably been modified.
If this is not the case then your personalizations might be responsible for that. Try to clear the usage data in this case.
Best regards,
Ludwig
Hi Ludwig,
Thanks for the reply.
Its standard report, not modification done.
tried deleted the report, Re-deployed and restarted AX and reporting services.
Cleared the usage data also.
Still same issue.
Hi Sathish,
Are you sure that the report is not modified?
When I open it, then I see the following form:
Can you share the path to the menu item that you use to open the report?
Many thanks and best regards,
Opening report from below path.
Accounts Receivable>Reports>Status>Customer Ageing.
It was working fine before. In test environment its working but in production not.
Anything to do with configuration key??
I don't think that this is a configuration issue.
Can you have a chat with your colleagues from IT / development and ask whether they deployed the same reports in test and production?!
Maybe something was overlooked or mixed up in your production environment.
Hi Sathish C,
It might be possible that one of your colleague mistakenly changed the name of the report to customer aging.
In Production it was working earlier, last week we installed hotfix KB4592071 for purchase order allocation, after that we are facing this issue, but same hotfix we installed in TEST environment and we are not facing any issue.
I have deleted(including class, design, menuitem) and redeployed the report in live, still issue exists.
Is TEST an exact copy of your production system?
The billing classification that is shown in your first screenprint is actually a public sector feature and I wonder whether the setup of this functionality is responsible for what you see.
Can you check out this feature and see if it is setup in test and prod?

Hi Sathish.
Ask A developer to check the sysOperationTempateForm and check if the Groups has not maybe been changed in the AOT and the visibility set to No. i did a quick test in one of Test enviroment and that seems like it would have hidden certain elements on the form.
May we know if the issue resolved already as it's pending for a while.
