Error messages in Field Service / you do not have the necessary rights to the object

Hello,

could someone help us better deal with Dynamics 365 Field Service error messages?

Following case:
New user with new (custom) role for certain Mobile permissions. This user now opens a work order assigned to him. The following error message appears:

https://imgur.com/a/gXseu54

Error text roughly translated:
You do not have the necessary permissions to access the Microsoft Dynamics 365 object or to perform the requested operation. Contact the Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator for more information.

It appears that a permission for a specific entity is missing from the new security role. Is there any way I can break down this error in more detail / is there a more detailed error log where we can see on which access to which entity / object here the error is now occurring?

Thank you very much and kind regards

    Hello Charan,

thank you very much for your answer.

The new security role is not allowed to have organization read permissions on accounts, as explicitly only the team's accounts should be shared, that works as far as it goes.

Would you have any idea how we can analyze such errors and find out which permissions are missing here exactly?

Thank you very much and best regards

    Hi Kyle,

Login to Field Service Mobile app from computer browser as a FS - Resource and open DevTools (F12). When you open a particular booking which is causing error from mobile, permission related errors will be captured under Console tab of DevTools.
