    Hi

This is how you can share a personal view to a team or user

    Hi Mark,

This action is possible when owner of views set the share of its personal views.

In my case, the owner doesn't work any more in company. He can't give the share himself.

I investigated this source: personalvieweditor.codeplex.com, but seems it doesn't work for CRM 2016.

You can do it with SDK. Private views stored in "userquery" entity. You can query it and do whatever you want with it.

    Ahhh ok

    So 2 options

    1) Reactivate the user and assign them to admin and share to the relevent people

    or

    2) I have tried to use this on a 2016 Update 1 system with no luck, I have not used this since 2015 so i would go with the Reactivating

    Hi Uriy,

Yes, I can see this entity in database. But how I can share it?

Same as you share any other records (msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh547423.aspx)

    Hi Nataly,

Did you ever find a solution for this? Exact same problem here.

    Found this solution:

    community.dynamics.com/.../tip-517-disabled-user-s-personal-views

Re-enable the user and either change the password or change the AD user ID to another AD account that is not currently a CRM user, then log in to the account and reassign the personal views. If using CRM online, you can add a CRM license to the disabled user and change the password, then log in. Once you have reassigned the saved views, you can disable the user again.

You can retrieve personal views via SDK. You have to use proxy setting. See here.

I know its a bit late to anser but it might help someone today:).I wrote a utility that will do the job. All u have to do is import solution and open configuration page and you can view, delete or assign any one's views :)
