unexpected error while uploading sharepoint documents in crm d365

Hi Guys,

In our CRM org, the SP integration is already in place and users were able to upload documents.

Recently, we added a new user and I have given the security roles with following privileges.

When this user try to upload the document, he is getting unexpected error.

I am not sure what I am missing. Any ideas?

    Could you please check if the user has permission to the document library and folder in Sharepoint.

    CRM and Sharepoint user security is not synced out of the box.

    Hi Naveen,

    When you are saying the error is showing  only for new user , so the problem should be user related. Make sure the user have sufficient access in SharePoint folder location. Also check user  permissions on the SharePoint server.

    In addition try to assign user System Administrator security role to check if anything is missing in the currently assigned security role. You can also check  user security role and give permission for create/update for "document" entity.
