In the reports section of psa, i am clicking on create excel template and i'm editing my columns and downloading the excel file. I want to save this template (in order not to have to edit the columns everyday and then download the file since i want this report updated daily) to the website so when i'm clicking upload and uploading the excel file i just downloaded nothing is being saved. I tried to upload the template into the settings-> templates but i still can't see my template anywhere. Can anyone give me some tips on what to do in order to be able to save my excel template ?
