Has anyone ever created an automatic the NASA form 533 for SL? Preferably in Crystal but other formats like Excel would work too. Please contact me if you have.
Thanks - Linda Smith

Yes. We have developed a web based module which allows the contractor to capture CTR (estimate) project time and labor data for the prime and subs if any. The data collected is usually for Task oriented cost reimbursable and/or fixed cost projects. The CTR data is then combined with actual data from Dynamics SL and a detail 533 report is generated along with other ancillary reports to be filed with NASA and/or any agency that requires estimate (budge data) and to be reported and compared with actual data.
The software is called DynamicsCTR and it can be seen here [View:https://www.dynamicsctr.com/:320:160]http://www.dynamicsCTR.com
Thank you for your input. My manager was requesting the information so I will forward to him and see if he would like further information on it. I will update this if they would like more information.
Thanks again, Linda
We have an automated process for creating the NASA Form 533 directly into an Excel worksheet. The key, however, is that we have a data warehouse that takes Dynamics SL data and puts into a friendlier reporting format.
The contract we run Dynamics SL on is at NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland.
Not sure how to contact you directly, but if you want to reach out, contact me at swickham[at]msmgroupinc.com.
Hi Linda,
I see nobody has replied. You could search the Microsoft PinPoint tool and perhaps find something there. The link is: pinpoint.microsoft.com/.../Default.aspx.
