Cloud Migration Promo extension post 29, June 2023

Hi All, 
 
The Cloud Migration is set to be fased out by June, 29 2023.
I know that the promotion has been extended a few time in the last years.
Does anybody know if this will be the case again for next fiscal?
 
Issue is that nobody seems to know and the new Global promo guide will only be available in August.
