Satisfaction Metric Issue

I am running into an issue that I am having a hard time getting support for and wondered if you had any thoughts.  I have built out some surveys in Customer Voice using the base score of "100" and whole numbers as scoring.  For some reason, some of my scores are coming back with decimals points such as 94.9 when it should calculate as 93.  Any thoughts on why this would happen?
