Hello everyone, I had a customer question recently: Is it possible to define that only a certain document is printed for a customer and printed and mailed for other customers? If so, could someone help me and briefly explain how I should go about this please?

Hi,

Do you mean within Business Central? On the customer card there is the document sending profile which can be setup to either print or email.

This would allow you to define who will receive emails (Email address will need to be specified in the document layouts) and who doesn't.
