Question : Quote Product automatically added if condition

Hello everyone !

I would like to ask you guys if it’s possible have products automatically added to the quote if some conditions are respected :

- If the field « Solution type » equals « Lease » (other it is « Sale)

- And if the user belong to some specific BU (BU “France” and the BU under meaning the branches)

In that case I would like to have all the bundles of the price list LEASE added automatically. Do you have any suggestion to do so ?

The goal is to save time for users by selecting all the products so then they just have to add the quantities and we sure that they don’t forget to propose the product.

Hi,

OOB workflows not include "Quote products" to create new record, but maybe you can find this solution in workflow utilities (3rd party add-ons)

You should developed plugin on Quote create/update message and check your field value. In your logic add your products to quote (quoteproducts entity)
