Adding interviewer in activity of applicant add the person to hiring team?

Hi,

When an interviewer is added to one activity of an applicant, the users is added to the hiring team and will now see all other applicants.

That's not nice. Is it possible to add an interviewer just for one applicant? Sometimes applicants do not really match the job, but you want to invite them and add another colleague of another department. For all new applicants in the same job, this colleague will have interview permissions..

Is there a permission scheme just for jobs and it's just inherited to the applicants? Or is there a way to set permissions just on the applicant and not on the job?

I also have the same concern. Raise this as a support request to Microsoft and put it as a idea as well.
