Cannot attach a document to a contact card

I am trying to attach documents to a Contact Card in D365BC. I only have options to add Links and Notes, and nothing is hidden by way of personalization. Help and Learn suggest that if I hover over the number of attachments a window will open, but it does not. I am using MS Edge and the W11 App.

Any ideas? TIA, Adam

Cannot attach a document to a contact card

Unfortunately it looks like the contact card doesn't have the attachments factbox. I'm not sure why it was left out. It can be suggested as an idea here - Categories (dynamics.com)
