Cannot do an attachment for a Warehouse Receipt

Greetings Folks

Any help on this would be appreciated please.

On a warehouse receipt, I can see that I can add a note or attach to a link. Even though the Attachments icon is there with the usual paperclip, I cannot attach a document.

Does anyone have any insight into why this is the case please?

Hi, Attachments feature in BC is on most cards and documents page, but not all.

If this function is not available on the page, it needs to be customized.
