My segment is dynamic add contact.
So I need a customer journey run without expire date.
Each time contact add into segment, journey run.
With expire date, does it mean after this date, the journey will no longer run when contact add to segment?
That is a workable but not make sense workaround.
Whilst it is mandatory, you can set the Expiry date years into the future (e.g. 20+ years)

Lots of segment, lots of journey!
Every segment needs to exclude many runned journey contact.

Unfortunately, the end date is a required field for a customer journey. If it is empty, the journey cannot even pass the error check.
If there are increasing contacts added into the segment after the customer journey expired, you can add a condition into the segment to exclude the contacts who have processed by the journey and create a new journey with the updated segment as the audience.
