Mail Merge Error/Add logo

I am getting this error when I attempt to send a quote from CRM to Word:

When I try the Remove Field button, it just keeps resetting. I have tried to find this line in the main document and cannot.

Also, need to insert a logo into the main Word document

    Hi Mike1,

    I would suggest you to create the MailMerge template from scratch.  The above error might caused due to missing data field in the MailMerge.

    Pls note:

    While creating MailMerge, we would need to select the fields need to be referred in the words document.

    If the necessary field not selected, (e.g. Address Line 1), then in the word document we would not able to add the reference field.

    To Add a logo,

    You would need to create the template in ms words, add the image and save in .xml format.

    Attach back the template into MS CRM.
