My Forum account recently stopped working - upon login, I was just getting redirected to a page that said I needed to create a new Dynamics 365 account or merge my old account into a new one. However, I couldn't get to my old account to do this; I could only get to the redirect page.  I couldn't figure out what to do, so I had to set up  a new account - has anyone else had this happen and were you able to get your old account working again?

    Marc - this could happen if you have multiple microsoft accounts.   Each browser section uses one account by default.   Have you tried logging into your old account in an InCog window?

    Thanks, John!  Took an email to Microsoft and they got me sorted.
