My Forum account recently stopped working - upon login, I was just getting redirected to a page that said I needed to create a new Dynamics 365 account or merge my old account into a new one. However, I couldn't get to my old account to do this; I could only get to the redirect page. I couldn't figure out what to do, so I had to set up a new account - has anyone else had this happen and were you able to get your old account working again?
