For one of the user in D365 all the emails are getting tracked, can anybody help me in disabling automatic tracking .(Dynamics 365 App for Outlook)

Try looking at mailbox setting for that user under Settings/email/mailboxes. I think you can change there. Good luck!
Hi Rajeev. There is a personal setting that can be changed by every user to track all emails, or just those from contacts, etc.. You can check what his setting is using the User Settings Manager in the XML toolbox.
This setting also exists on Queues...

Thanks for your reply, but the issue is occurring to only one user.
If I made changes in System Settings, it will affect to all the users right.

Yes you can disable automatic tracking of email as below,
Go To Settings > Administration > System Settings
Email Tab: Select the incoming email to 'None'
Disable Correlation rules and tracking options
Disable Track emails sent between CRM users as two activities
Outlook Tab: Disable Perform checks when new email is received
