Is it possible to have CSR 360 degree view of customer using Dynamics AX2012
So the use case will be :
Use Cases :
As CSR
I should be able to have overview of Customer Summary from this 360 degree view .
I should be able to predict and diagnose the customer issue .
I should be able to recommend the products services relevant to the customer
As my temporary analysis, it seems possible but I still not sure
Need feedback from all of you
