Email not Sending, Status Reason = Sent, No. of Delivery Attempts = 0

We are unable to send emails directly out of CRM. We're using CRM 2011 On-Premise with Outlook and Office 365. As you'll see in the snip below the emails have a Status Reason of Sent but No. of Delivery attempts = 0. Thoughts?

The emails are being sent from our System Admin user account. Email tracking is working from when emails are sent directly in Outlook and show up as Activities in CRM.

    Additionally this error is thrown when I try to Load Data in the Users, Queues, and Forward Mailboxes tab in the Router Configuration Manager.
