We are unable to send emails directly out of CRM. We're using CRM 2011 On-Premise with Outlook and Office 365. As you'll see in the snip below the emails have a Status Reason of Sent but No. of Delivery attempts = 0. Thoughts?
The emails are being sent from our System Admin user account. Email tracking is working from when emails are sent directly in Outlook and show up as Activities in CRM.
