Accrued purchases report - missing transactions

Hi,

Client using Accrued purchase report in AX2012 R3 but there are incorrect information. A lot of transactions are missing and I can't understand why.

I read a lot of forums about this issue, that there is hotfix for this issue, but I can't find any hotfix what mach my issue.

Does anyone had work with this report and find solution for missing transactions?
