Configuring Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Enterprise Portal on SharePoint server 2013

I was configuring EP for AX 2012 on SharePoint Server 2013, EP got configured but the site was still running in SharePoint 2010 mode. When trying to upgrade it to SharePoint 2013 i am getting the below error:

Unfortunately we found some errors

You'll need to fix these before upgrading. We recommend trying out the fixes on a copy of your site collection before you make changes to production site.
Missing site templates
The following sites are using templates that are not supported after upgrade:

http://server/sites/DynamicsAx - AXSITEDEF#0

I have the same problem, does anyone know why this is happened ?

On this technet : technet.microsoft.com/.../dn169057.aspx, there are steps like below :

1. You must install one of the following updates if you plan to run Enterprise Portal on either Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2013 or Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 (required for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 or earlier; not required for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3). Choose an update that matches the SharePoint version on which you plan to deploy Enterprise Portal.

Update for Microsoft SharePoint Enterprise Server 2013 (KB2767999)

Update for Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2013 (KB2768000)

2. After you install an update, you must run the SharePoint 2013 Products Configuration wizard.

3. Download and install the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 setup hotfix (KB2830441) (required for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 or earlier; not required for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3).

4. Download and install the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 claims-mode authentication hotfix (KB2824690) (required for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 or earlier; not required for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3).

5. Reboot the server and then install Enterprise Portal. For more information about how to install Enterprise Portal or Enterprise Search, see Install Enterprise Portal and Install Microsoft Dynamics AX Enterprise Search.

I have install KB2830441 and KB2824690 ( no 3 and 4), but not no. 1. because my understanding is these updates should be run "after" we have SP2013.

Just come to mind, does the steps should be in order, which mean I should remove my EP installation first ? because no. 5 is when we should install EP, after all the KB updates.
