Blocked and Bounced Email

Is there a way to see the blocked and/ bounced email accounts or contacts within CRM once after a campaign has been launched? Would like to take corrective measures.

    Hi TechScout17,

    Unfortunately, this can't be achieved. The campaign can only get the count of Success or Fail.

    You could using D365 Marketing to do this. There is email insight to view the blocked/bounced email contact.
