Create project resources

In Project management and accounting module > Resource list, I am required to create many resources there.
I was trying to use Data management to upload the data, but I don't find the data entity.

Could anyone suggest the best way to create multiple resources in one-go?

The current version is D365FSCM.

Thank you so much.

    Use the 2 entities:
    - Project scheduling resource
    - Project scheduling resource details

    Hi STP,

I think there is no entity available for the Project Resource List. As you can see from the below screenshot there is no entity available for open in excel. This means that there is no standard entity available. You need to create your own entity.

    Thanks,

    Hi,
There is no batch creation function in the system, the best way may still need to be imported through data management, you can refer to this document, the article mentions two ways to load data, one is directly through the data management workspace, using templating Import the data from the Excel file, and then directly call the entity to import the data. The second method is to use an Excel add-in to connect to the data entity and load the data directly through Excel Microsoft.

    Create project resources
    Hi STP,

It depends on what fields are you interested in and in what tables they exist.
For example: a very basic entity to insert resources would be DimAttributeWrkCtrTableEntity

if you need more data, we'll need to look for another entity. However, if you can't find any, you will need to create a customized entity if you want to use DMF

    Thanks,
