How to Get Dimension Value ?

Good day everyone,

How can I get this dimension value and pull it out to the report? 
These dimension value has no relation with master table (InventTable).

    Let me repeat what I asked in your other thread: Can you tell us more about the architecture of your report? What is the data source of your Power Pivot report?

    Also, your screenshot shows dimension groups, but you ask about dimension values. Can you please clarify what you want?
