Hi Team,
Currently one of my client is using CRM online (9.0) and the users are part of their local AD.
Now my client is planning to migrating this accounts as O365 accounts.
Will there be any advantage or disadvantages with respect to CRM in terms of access,usage by moving on to O365.
I feel it doesnot make any difference whether the user is managed as o365 account or local on-premise account. it always drives by the license and crm version
Can anyone throw if you have any ideas on this.
