Contacts not Converting to Customer

Trying to use the Create As Customer function on a contact card. I select the option and nothing happens. No pop-up. No error. And no customer gets created. Does this function work?

Hi

1) First make sure in Marketing Setup you have the following setup

2) Then in Customer Template make sure you have template for both Contact Type Customer and Person. Basically if Contact is the company will use company template and if contact is a person will use contact template. You can create multiple template.
