Hi Guys,
In Dynamics 365/On-Premise we have a business process flow that should works on multiple entity. In our scenario a main entity record and more than 2 instance of a child activities should involve, As I know in business process flow there is no straight forward way for doing that, I thought that maybe using some dummy fields and creating a child entities behind the scene solves the problem, Is there a better way?
Thanks
Hi Reza,
Can you be more specific? Or give a specific business context.
You can add multiple entities in a BPF as long as they have relationships.
Hi Lu,
Thanks for your reply, For Example We have a custom entity for customer inquiry, during the process some users should approve or reject it in different steps. For that we have a custom activity to capture this data. in this scenario we have one relationship between custom entity and custom activity but more than one instance of activity involves during the process.
