Error Loading Control on word order signature

Hello!

I have encoutered the "Error Loading Control" in the Field Service application under the work order notes tab for a signature.
The error doesn't always happen but when it does I don't know how to fix it.
Could someone explain what is generally the cause behind such an error and if someone experienced it with a signature before ?

Hi 573f,

This is a server side error. It means that it couldn't load the component for a signature. Sometimes, it could be fixed by refreshing your page.

It's recommend to raise a ticket to contact Microsoft.
