Someone is changing the account format you cannot log into Fabrikam.inc Error

Hi all i got a error while login fabrikam test company. i don't know, why its occurring ? please help me.GPloginerror.png

    Look in your ACTIVITY table in the DYNAMICS database. If there is a USERID in there named Acct Format Com, delete it.
