Typing Invoice Range does not work unless printed twice

Hello BC Experts. I am experiencing an issue where when I want to run a range of invoices for example: INV-001..INV-005 the first time I hit print nothing will happen but if I navigate into the print window again and I hit the print button it will load up the rows and then show me the print preview dialog. Has anyone experienced that before? Does anyone know how to solve/why this occurs?
