Job IDs not showing up in Job Card Terminal

We have a number of batch orders in the started state with valid routes that workers are unable to find in the job card terminal. I can go in and see the Job ID # and create a manual job card against the batch order, but the workers can't clock in to it. I cannot figure out what is different about these batch orders, has anyone had this issue before?
