Error while printing Check Stubs

Hi Everyone,

I am getting a window stating that "An error occurred while retrieving the data" when trying to print computer checks from the "Print Payables Cheques" window. Has anyone encountered this error before, since this is the first time for me and I am stuck with no ideas at all, on how to proceed.

Your help is appreciated.

Yes the problem was from all workstations but I managed to sort out the issue. The user preparing the payments batch was putting a single inverted comma ( ' ) in the batch name, causing the error stated above to occur when pressing the print button. Deleting the batch and renaming a new one without the single inverted comma solved the problem.
