using Wait in a workflow

Posted on by 1,695

I'm struggling to get my head around this one. CRM 2016 On premises

I have two custom entities  new_transsets and new-trans

New trans has a rollup field with the count of new_trans.

I have a custom process that updates the rollup field each time a new record is added to new_trans.

What I would like to do run a workflow on new_transets that emails information including the number of new_trans.  I don't want to send an email each time a new_trans is added as these are being updated from an import. How can I delay the email for 60 seconds. I have looked at the wait command but that seems to only delay by date

    Hi

    You could use the timeout as shown below

    New trans has a rollup field with the count of new_trans.   should read new_transets
