AX task recorder issue

Hi Team,

I am facing issue with task recorder . when i stated task recorder in AX it is showing error.

" Task Recorder will not record video because Windows Media Player is not installed on your computer. " kindly suggest on this

    Hello Sam,

    Are you using AX through a locally installed client? Or through RDS/Citrix published app? Some Windows versions don't have any media playing capability. The Task recorder does need access to a media player program in order to create the .WMV File. Make sure the computer in which AX Client is running from has Windows Media Player.
