Tracking Other's mailbox in MS Power Automate

In MS Dynamics 365, we are able to link the outlook application of any user with that and track all the emails. And when i publish any workflow, it will run on all the outllok mailbox which were linked to dynamics 365. Like same, is it possible to run a power automate flow which will track all mailbox?
