purchase requisition in F&O is not being picked upon requisition submission

Hi please may you kindly assist in MS Dynamics F&O a usually functioning requisition workflow is not being being picked up when users submit the requisition. there is no error message, the requisition on has in review and does not show the usual lines involved in the approval matrix e.g requisition xx has been assigned to....

Hi saru,

Are other workflows working in the environment? If not, you can check if the workflow batch jobs are running.
