FRx reports - units grayed out

Hi,

We were updating the FRx report tree earlier today and after completing the update run the report. The while the report shows all units some of them are grayed out. We checked to make sure the security where fine and it appears to be okay. We are not sure what the issue is/are - had anyone have this experience and what was the solution implemented to fix the problem.

Hello EAS,

I would check to see if you may have the catalog set to only run for specific units. Make sure you have either all units running or select units at run time.
