Could you please tell me if in a scenario where I have object ranges 7.000.000. would be possible to develop more extensions?
If not, what should I do to have this possibility?

Yes it's possible. This is a range assigned by Microsoft for ISV solutions on AppSource. You can request a range for every solution you have.

Range you trying to add objects are allocated for partners to develop add-ons. You can request a range from Microsoft. Most of the times objects in the 70.000.000-74.999.999 are used for appsource.microsoft.com.

I am not sure if I stated my question correctly :
1) would be possible to develop more solutions having this object range or for every solution I need to make another request?
2) Once acquired, the objects can be transferred from a solution to another?
