Hi, we have HQ installed and setup alongside RMS. All customers are set to default to "global" but we cannot see transaction history for our customers that purchased items at our other location.
Is it possible that there is a setting we don't have configured properly? Or, is this not a normal feature with RMS? I believe many other POS systems do allow this data to be sent between the stores.
If we cannot view the transaction history between the stores what is the point of "global customers"? I could see having some customers set up as global customers but these would be "on account" type customers so we can receive payment in the form of a cheque from them at either location, is that correct?

Without customization you will only ever see local transaction history at the store level.
