    Hello Pablo,

Just did my findings and hence posting here.

    1. Find the pertaining PO and check if the quantity matches the item "On Order" which is the case of error.

    2. Ask you DB admin to update the quantity of status ordered from the backend tables, i.e. below

    update dbo.INVENTTRANS set QTY = 7.0000000000000000 where INVENTTRANSORIGIN = 'xxxxxxx0987';

    3. Refresh the quantity on the frontend and check if it is matching now.

    Regards,

    Hello Fidei Defensor,

Like Richardson Rodrigues says ´Be careful when you change transactions in the inventTrans table'. The better way is reproduce the error in a non productive system.

Maybe there are many ways to reach the right line, in my case I filtered by the ItemId and DateInvent fields in InventTrans table. I captured this values in /Sales and marketing/Common/Return orders/All return orders by the RMA number. In line I caught (ItemId) and in Line Details General tab I caught date and time (DateInvent).

    Best regards.

    Hi Pablo.

Do you've verified the transactions after this change? Does items are with their status "purchased" after posting the invoice of the sales return? Only change the line status in inventTrans table shouldn't update the transactions.

Be careful when you change transactions in the inventTrans table.

    Best Regards,

    Richardson

In AOT at 'InventTrans' table through the 'RecId' you can change the column 'StatusReceipt' to "Ordered, Arrived or Registered" like print below.

Maybe the user changed this status in the UpdateLine/Registration at Registration Form and closed without reverse the status, this save. The only way that I solved was changing this status via AOT.

    Hello Fredrik,

Thanks for your help but the parameter Receiving requirements from Item model groups is not checked like you can see below.

There are another items with same item model group that works fine in 'Return Orders'.

    The problem keep.

In your inventory model group for this item, you've probably checked the requirement for shipping to be posted. I believe you have to receive the items. Return orders follow the requirements for the outbound process as they are handled through the sales order form.
